University of Kabianga will hold the 6th Graduation Ceremony on Friday 7th December, 2018 for the Conferment of Degrees and awards of Diplomas by the Chancellor at the University Main Campus Pavilion.
01Confirmation of GraduationIt is the duty and responsibility of each graduand to confirm his/her examination results and the accuracy and order of names from respective schools.
02Clearance of Fees and Other Levies Students who have not cleared their fees and other levies will not be included in the graduation list.
03Registration for graduationAll graduands are expected to register for graduation after confirming their statuses with the respective schools
04Graduation Rehearsal All graduands who wish to participate in the graduation ceremony MUST attend graduation rehearsal.
05Graduation/Convocation Fee Each graduand will be required to pay a compulsory Graduation/Convocation fee of Ksh. 500.
06Graduation Attire All graduands will be required to be in academic regalis during the ceremony. The academic gown will be available for hire and issue. All hired gowns MUST be returned back to the University.
